August 2005, the BX prototype made it's impressive debut at the Off-Road World Championships held in Italy! Just shy of the title, 3 cars made the A-final, finishing 2nd, 5th and 8th. Due to it's sheer speed, rival teams were immediate to take notice of the original design features, and it's aggressive yet stable handling characteristics.
The all-new MR-4BX features a completely new design, with precision components, superb materials, and assembly features that have all been refined to the smallest detail. In terms of looks, feel and performance, nothing comes close to rivaling the no-compromise aura of the MR-4BX. It's a true 'Super Off-Road Competition 4WD Machine'.
In preparation for the Off-Road World Championships held in Japan next year, Yokomo has been busy developing and testing the car in both Japan and England. As a final test of the production model, the car was put through it's paces at the Winter Off-Road Championships in December, where it TQ'ed and finished 1-2. At the following Extreme Off-Road Championship in February, it once again TQ'ed and won! The brilliant new MR-4BX is ready to take you to the winner's circle!

MR-4TC BD MASAMI SPECIAL ¥59,800 MR-TCBDM
Available just in time for the start of the 2006 race season is the MR-4TC BD "MASAMI SPECIAL", a special limited version featuring the same components used on Team Yokomo driver Masami Hirosaka's race car.
The MR-4TC BD MASAMI SPECIAL features Super Precision Bearings(14pcs) and Team Bomber SP Low-Friction Belts for optimum drivetrain efficiency. Also included are titanium screws and graphite molded parts that provide significant weight savings. Titanium-nitride coated shock shafts, newly developed shock springs, and a newly designed rear shock tower are also included to provide enhanced suspension performance.
Featuring a highly responsive drivetrain and optimal handling, the MR-4TC BD MASAMI SPECIAL is designed to provide the ultimate in touring car performance.
